RETURN & EXCHANGE INFO:

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, items purchased on Papale.co within five days from the date of receipt of the purchase may be returned or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

 - Shipment return of the Items must be made within five days from the date of receipt of the purchase. 

- Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags attached in the same place, which are sewn in the unique technique of the "PAPALE" atelier, including accessories and instruction booklets attached. 

- Items must not be stained with cosmetics ( lipstick, foundation, antiperspirant, body oil, etc. ) or perfumes.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

- Personalized items due their made-to-order nature.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- Items  that have been damaget, soiled, perfumed, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
